I first met Jaci and DJ a little over a year ago in Seattle during a consultation for their upcoming wedding on the island of Virgin Gorda, part of the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. Little did I know we would be close friends by the time their wedding came around. My first shoot with the couple was a fun, two-hour engagement session we set up on their vacation to Los Angeles that turned into five days of hanging out! So I knew there was no question how much fun it would be when it came time for their wedding out in the Caribbean.

I am so blessed to have the job I have, being able to photograph true love all over the world. To say Jaci and DJ are perfect for each other would be a huge understatement, and you can see that every time you see them together.

With Jaci and DJ’s Caribbean wedding ceremony just a day away, I just had to post a preview from the first few days of the trip to Virgin Gorda. To say this place is beautiful would be the biggest understatement, I can’t even describe how amazing this place is! Soooo many more photos of their wedding will hit the blog soon, so stay tuned, meanwhile just be jealous that this was my walk to work this morning

Here’s Jaci and DJ enjoying a place on the island of Virgin Gorda called “The Baths.” These giant boulders create all these different pools that you can venture into, and we were lucky to find a great spot for some photos…
