Michelle and Stephen decided it was time to trash her dress, and I was more than happy to photograph it! Their wedding was back on Aug. 1st of this year, but it is never too late to throw that dress back on and have a fun, relaxed photo session! We threw some ideas around and decided to head up to Mt. Baldy for a cool, woodsy scene for their photos. Michelle was a champ and had no problems hiking around in her wedding dress!

Venue Highlight – Calamigos Ranch – Malibu Wedding Photography
November 17, 2009This place is incredible. I recently visited Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, California with one of my amazing couples and had to post a few photos from this wedding venue. It’s located up in the Malibu hills, right next to Malibu Family Wines…where I ran into Jessica Alba while doing a little wine tasting, I’m kind of a fan 
I seriously cannot wait to photograph Hillary and Luke’s wedding up there next September, but for now I’ll just have to dream about the endless photo opportunities Calamigos Ranch has to offer…
This is where Hillary and Luke’s ceremony will be, just picture her walking up the path surrounded by white chairs…
And here’s the lovely couple now! They weren’t exactly ready to have their photo taken, but guess what, you can’t invite me anywhere and not expect to have your picture taken!

ME.VS.ME – Los Angeles Music Photography
November 14, 2009These guys are good. How do I know? Because they rehearse in my house. One of the “perks” of living with a rock star. Remember their name, because they will make it big. But I recently told them that it’s not just the music that helps you get on the map, you’ve got to have great band photos that fans will want to look at…all the time. Well, after months of rehearsals and tons of aspirin, we finally got a shoot together, so now the groupies will have some pics to drool over. Maleigh and Stephen – Tuscaloosa, Alabama Wedding Photography
November 11, 2009I had the great pleasure of spending yet another November weekend in Alabama, this year photographing Maleigh and Stephen’s beautiful wedding in Tuscaloosa. If you remember, last year I was at Smith Lake, just outside of Birmingham, photographing Bethanne and Darren’s lakeside wedding. This time, it was Bethanne’s cousin Maleigh’s turn in tying the knot. I believe I am now their official family photographer, and I couldn’t be happier, because they are my southern family
After more trouble with airlines (don’t worry, my camera equipment did finally show up before the wedding…long story), I made it to Birmingham and was off to Tuscaloosa, home of the Alabama Crimson Tide…you will notice a recurring theme in these photos. I knew this was going to be a fun wedding, but what a bonus it was being a part of the Halloween themed rehearsal dinner (see my previous post). I can’t wait until I can get back down there for another wedding! No pressure Kason

Being huge Crimson Tide fans, we had to get some photos on campus, especially in front of Alabama’s football stadium. I remember the days I used to be on that field taking pictures at football games during the short time I lived down south…
